Sorting, Collation and Pagination
The experience of MCB’s nurses and midwives enables them to quickly identify missing records and to recognise information that is relevant or significant to a claim.
Sort & Collation
- Records are sorted into an easy-to-use-format with all admissions and clinics forming the chronological backbone of the structure.
- Focus is given to the relevant events and subsequent continuing care.
- Missing records are noted prior to pagination, giving the fee earner the opportunity to obtain the complete set of relevant records.
- The records are paginated and a detailed index with dates and outcomes is produced.
- Radiology disc contents are listed and uploaded to MCB’s online radiology viewer.
- A final memo is produced, highlighting inconsistencies or discrepancies within the records.
Core Bundles
MCB can sort and index only the records directly relevant to the claim, returning all other records separately. This can be an enormous cost savings in terms of the collation and has potential savings implication when instructing medical experts.
